What it is

Fine sterile needles are inserted at precise points along the body's meridian system to work with the flow of Qi (energy) and support the body's natural balance, in line with TCM theory.

Who it's for

Often chosen for long-standing pain, headaches, nerve-related pain, and for stress, tension and difficulty sleeping.

What you'll experience

Each session includes a TCM consultation with pulse assessment. Most people find the needling itself causes minimal discomfort. Some clients book a course of sessions — your practitioner will talk you through what suits you.

Remedial Massage 修复 / 治疗性按摩

What it is

A focused remedial massage that systematically assesses and treats musculoskeletal dysfunction, postural problems and soft tissue injuries.

Who it's for

If your pain has a structural or biomechanical cause — poor posture, repetitive strain, old injuries — remedial massage aims to address the underlying cause, not just the symptoms. Often eligible for private health fund rebates.

What you'll experience

A professional assessment followed by targeted hands-on treatment. Expect firmer pressure and a more focused approach than a standard relaxation massage.

Sports Massage 运动按摩

What it is

A performance-focused massage designed for athletes and active individuals — combining deep tissue work, assisted stretching and trigger point release.

Who it's for

Whether you're training for a marathon, recovering from a match or dealing with repetitive strain, sports massage supports recovery and range of motion.

What you'll experience

Energising yet restorative. Sessions are structured around your sport and the muscle groups under most load.

Suitable pre-event, post-event, or as part of a regular training support programme.

Deep Tissue Massage 深层组织按摩

What it is

Slow, firm strokes and sustained pressure worked into the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.

Who it's for

Often chosen by people with long-standing muscle tightness, such as postural tension from desk work, who prefer firmer pressure than a standard massage.

What you'll experience

Expect firm, deliberate pressure on tight areas. Your therapist sets the pressure to what you find comfortable and adjusts it whenever you ask. Some tenderness during the session can be normal.

Foot Massage & Reflexology 足部按摩 / 反射疗法

What it is

A seated treatment through the feet, ankles and lower legs, combining a firm foot massage with reflexology — pressure applied to points on the feet that TCM theory maps to the rest of the body. You stay fully clothed throughout.

Who it's for

Often chosen by people who are on their feet all day, who finish the week with heavy, aching legs and feet, or who want to unwind without undressing for a table massage. It also suits anyone who finds a full-body session more than they want.

What you'll experience

You relax in a chair while your therapist works through each foot and up into the lower leg. Pressure is set to what you find comfortable and adjusted whenever you say so — firm enough to reach tired muscles, never more than you want.

No undressing required — you stay clothed and seated throughout the session.

Cupping Therapy 拔罐

What it is

Cups create suction on the skin, lifting it and the tissue beneath. They may be left in place for a few minutes or moved slowly over the back and shoulders.

Who it's for

People who like cupping, on its own or as part of their traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) care.

What you'll experience

A pulling or tight sensation as the cups lift the skin. Tell your therapist if it feels uncomfortable. Cupping often leaves round marks that usually fade over time, but lasting changes in skin colour or scarring can occur.

Please tell us before your session if you bruise easily, take blood-thinning medication, or have broken or sensitive skin on your back or shoulders.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage 淋巴引流按摩

What it is

A very gentle massage technique that uses light pressure and slow, rhythmic movements — quite different from the firm pressure of a remedial or deep tissue massage.

Who it's for

People who prefer a very light, slow massage.

What you'll experience

Light pressure and slow, repeated movements throughout. Tell your therapist if you would like anything adjusted.

Pregnancy Massage 孕期按摩

What it is

A massage adapted for pregnancy. At our clinic it is available from 13 weeks of pregnancy.

Who it's for

Pregnant clients from 13 weeks who would like a massage adapted to their pregnancy.

What you'll experience

Your therapist adapts your position and the pressure to your stage of pregnancy. Tell them straight away if you feel uncomfortable or unwell.
